As a professional portrait photographer<\/a><\/strong>, I specialise in corporate portrait photography.<\/p>\n

As you most probably know, adding a photo<\/strong> to your CV<\/strong> or LinkedIn profile<\/strong> increases the chances of it being read.<\/p>\n

Your portrait should make you look your best, showcasing your personality<\/strong> and character, because first impressions will be formed based on your photo.<\/p>\n

So it\u2019s vital to produce a professional portrait which stands out from a more casual portrait.<\/p>\n

Here are a few details and examples to help you get the portrait photo you want<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Your portrait’s character<\/span><\/h2>\n

Apart from your pose and expression, there are several ways to make your portrait\u2019s character stand out, be it in the studio or on location.<\/p>\n

There are 3 different styles:<\/p>\n

1) A soft and stripped down portrait
\n<\/strong><\/h3>\n

By working in front of a light background<\/strong> and with lighting to limit shadows<\/strong> on the face, a bright and fresh portrait<\/strong> is produced. \"portrait<\/a><\/p>\n

2) Neutral portrait<\/h3>\n

Using a white or grey background with soft lighting, a neutral portrait<\/strong> to be used in all circumstances can be produced.

3) Character portrait<\/h3>\n

By working in front of a darker background with more contrasting lighting<\/strong>, a portrait with more character can be produced.

How the shoot works<\/h3>\n

From our first contact, we will define what the portrait\u2019s objective is and therefore what kind of character you want it to have.<\/p>\n

On the day of the shoot, we will do a few lighting tests and then we\u2019ll do the first photo shoot, during which I\u2019ll give you advice on how to pose.<\/p>\n

We will then immediately look at the photos on a screen to see what improvements can be made. Then we\u2019ll start again with one or more photo shoots in order to get the best results.<\/p>\n

At the end of the photo shoot, we will pick out the final selection together.<\/p>\n

Post production\/retouching your photos<\/h4>\n

The aim here is not to change your hair color \ud83d\ude09 but to perfect certain details such as the contrast, the brightness, etc, and finally to rub out a few small imperfections (skin texture, spots, etc).<\/p>\n

Delivery of images<\/h4>\n

High definition photos are always delivered in a digital format, in colour and in black & white.<\/p>\n
